Happy New Year

Happy New Year to everyone involved with East Herts Golf Club
2024 is a special year as we celebrate our 125th Anniversary.
In 1899, the first match was played between F Weston & J H Taylor on the original site of Lime Kiln Farm.
In 1974, East Herts Golf Club moved to Hamels Park, our home for the last 50 years….and what a special place it is.
We look forward to celebrating the year ahead and marking this milestone in style!

Children’s Christmas Party

East Herts Golf Club certainly knows how to do a Kids Christmas party…..entertainment from the amazing Papalarmy, dancing, food, fireworks, a visit from Santa and a quality present for every child!
Well done to all involved….such a fun afternoon for the kids, parents and grandparents

Emma announced as the Young Star winner for 2023.

The Pride of Stevenage Awards selected  Emma Robson  because they recognised she is an inspiration to young girls in Stevenage, especially female golfers as it is not always recognised as a female sport. Emma is determined to demonstrate that young girls can be extremely successful.

Our congratulation goes to Emma on this achievement

Hole in One Alert

Congratulations to Liam Parfitt who hit an ace on the 18th hole just over a week ago.

It was a slam dunk with a 6 iron, leaving his mark on the flag pole

Hole in One Alert

Hole in one congratulations to John Cundle who hit an ace on the 7th hole this week!

A sweetly struck 7 iron (we think it may have been more club than that) to bag his second hole in one @easthertsgolfclub….not bad for 84!

John is one of the longest serving members of the club, joining in 1965

Hole In One Alert

Congratulations to Charlie Cresser who notched up his first hole in one, on the 2nd
A sweetly struck 8 iron going in on the second bounce!
At 15yrs old this could be the first of many
